Woodsome’s current projects demonstrate our capacity to deal with diverse and complex work throughout various project phases, from planning to construction delivery.

Woodsome also employs specialised project manager sub-contractors to work collaboratively on specialised projects when required.

By remaining highly specialised, we are better able to focus solely on those projects that will best benefit from Woodsome’s strategic planning, architectural, quantity surveying, land economic, accounting and construction background. It is this specialisation that enables Woodsome to co-ordinate niche projects at the highest level. Woodsome’s staff work in an environment that encourages collaboration of the central tenets of all of Woodsome’s projects and therefore they utilise one another for cross-over support.

Our executive group comprises:

Anastasios (Tasio) Cokis ARAIA AAPI (Econ)

Tasio is the Managing Director of Woodsome, an Architect and Land Economist and is directly involved in the high quality delivery of all aspects of projects across the board. Tasio has extensive project management experience on a wide range of Australian and international projects.

His role has varied from master-planning, business case preparation and cost/benefit and risk analysis, to design, tender and delivery of a diverse range of innovative projects. These have incorporated the implementation of setting strategic direction, community consultation, handling public relations through to ‘hard money’ contracting in delivering infrastructure such regional roads and major waste water treatment plants through to eco-tourist facilities such as the Mornington Bush Camp in the Kimberley. His key focus is representing major landowners in development of their land.
