Established in 1995 Woodsome Management Pty Ltd is a project management company that provides specialised project and development management services to the land and building development industries. Woodsome is committed to delivering quality sustainable projects with strict cost and time control throughout all phases of project development. We provide a full range of project management services across all the functions of project management.

Woodsome has a core development team, a dedicated finance team and a range of support people.

Our approach

Woodsome’s approach to the delivery of projects is based on providing solutions for the development of exemplary projects. The approach embodies design excellence through the promotion of site-specific best practice thinking and implementation that is more concerned with place-making and physical realisation than with being proscriptive and formulaic.

Across a diverse range of projects, Woodsome has successfully applied this approach for complex planning, logistical and development outcomes requiring the co-ordination and co-operation of multiple landowners, stakeholders, contractors and consultants and ultimately investment traction.
