Adam D’Alessandro

(BSURB [Hons]) – Project Manager

Adam joined Woodsome Management Pty Ltd in 2020 as a Project Manager. Expanding on his experience as a Senior Planning Consultant, both within Australia and overseas; Adam has proven project management and administration skills in greenfield and built-form projects of varying scales.

Adam is a qualified Town Planner and brings on board experience in working for the private sector as well as local authorities on structure planning, local development plans, subdivision applications, development applications, urban design, development contribution plans, feasibility investigations and procurement. He has a sound knowledge of, and experience in, the planning system and statutory approvals process and has proven communication and negotiation skills. Adam has undertaken a number of in-depth reviews and prepared submissions on development contribution plans, government policy, town planning schemes and design guidelines.
Adam’s experience extends to preparing for, attending and presenting at various meetings including to Local Councillors, Board members, community members (public forums) and project teams. Additionally, during his time overseas and working for local authorities in Perth, Adam honed his capability in organising and running community-consultation events.
In all matters, Adam approaches his work with a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster ongoing relationships with clients, other consultants and Local and State government authorities.
