Ross is a Chartered Accountant who has operated the firm R E Ledger Pty Ltd since 1990.
He is a Life Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, has had over sixty years’ experience in accounting, business, and philanthropy and was a partner of Hendry Rae Court for twenty-five years. He is a director of the Stan Perron Charitable Trust, Australian Wildlife Conservancy and a number of private companies. Also, a past board member of Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital, the State Administrative Tribunal, and a past District Governor of Rotary International.
In 2020 he became a member of the Order of Australia for services to the accounting profession, wildlife conservancy and the community.
Ross is a founding Director of Woodsome and oversees all financial aspects of the company and related projects.
