The new Amberton Master Planned Community (Amberton) is situated on 200 hectares 45kms north of Perth in the highly competitive north-west corridor. It is a joint venture between the Stockland Property Group and the local landowner and sits within the Alkimos Eglinton district. Ultimately it will deliver over 2000 homes and a resident population of over 6000 people including a school, neighbourhood centre and a range of sporting facilities. The development is underway having successfully delivered over 1000 lots and related infrastructure. The Amberton community is expected to be built out over the next 7-8 years.
