The Midland Redevelopment is a Development WA (DWA) project area. Since 2013 Woodsome Management has provided project management services in relation to project delivery as well as the overall transition of the project to the local authority.
The Midland Redevelopment project area is located within the Midland Strategic Activity Centre some 17km from the Perth CBD. The redevelopment is focused primarily upon the remediation, subdivision and activation of the former State Government Railway Workshops land (a state heritage listed site), as well as parts of the Midland Town Centre.
This is a complex project with multiple layers of assessments, approvals, monitoring, stakeholder engagement, consultant management, works packages and adaptive responses to economic, social and environmental changes.
