Strategy and Development Contribution Plans

Woodsome Management has completed a number of implementation strategies and reviews including detailed business cases for government and for private land owners.

We have the capability to create new or review existing Development Contributions Plan or Schemes [DCS] and can develop bespoke DCS models for a diverse range of projects. Our approach is based on establishing the following key inputs:

  • The planning framework which covers any potential DCS area;
  • The land use development date including density, development timing, population forecasts and ultimate use;
  • The infrastructure works list including civil, landscaping, environmental and community facilities;
  • The Unit of Charge;
  • The Cost Apportionment of the DCS cost items;
  • Scheme Operation; and
  • Alignment with State Planning policy 3.6.

Through our partners HillPDA (Melbourne) we have the capability of benchmarking against national leading practice. Our current and recently completed DCS projects in Perth include schemes for Alkimos Eglinton ($80M), Forrestfield ($15M), Wungong ($260M), and the High Wycombe Precinct.
