Mt Lawley Pty Ltd has owned land in the northern part of Ellenbrook for over 100 years. Around 12 hectares is located within the Charlottes Vineyard precinct and adjoins the Ellenbrook Joint Venture landholding. This land has been developed as residential essentially as infill. The land is perceived by the existing residents to be a part of Charlottes Vineyard Village, with the expectation of development according with the existing suburban fabric in terms of scale, form and density.
